The Tao of the Peanut Seats

Dude sits down in the front seats of the bus on my 17 the other day and this is what I managed to understand after he finished asking everybody on the bus if the person was a "baseball guy".

Regarding the Justin Morneau collision where he bruised his lung and missed a week of games: "The catcher [Miguel Olivo] was pretty savvy. Or sahhhh-vy; whatever the Mexican word is."

Segueing from baseball to boxing: "Boxing is a lot like baseball."

And just before alighting: "...and that's why I always carry a slingshot in my back pocket."

He bragged about what a great shot he was as he stepped off.
