Does anybody have any tips or good resources on refurbishing an old bicycle frame and converting a ten speed into a single speed? I need a new bike. The one I've got is a mountain bike I've had since middle school that must be made out of solid lead.

you rule, mike. i'll let him know, i've mentioned MT to him before, like 2 years ago. i so added that feed. is there a reason it comes up overriding my reader's stylesheet?

No idea why it over-rides your style sheet, perhaps is references the feed43 stylesheet. It doesn't over ride my netnewswire.app theme. Open that url in your web browser, it should render like a webpage too. feel free to email me.
