oh i see you're reading microserfs. what a coincidence, so i am i. i needed some coupland in my life lately, so i re read jpod and am about to finish this. you know i have the cassette audiobook of microserfs read by none other than chandler from friends. it's abridged, but i love it. i've got mp3s of it if you want them. i guess coupland has a movie out now in canada that he wrote. "everything is green" or something like that.

yeah it wasn't as fun as jpod, but that's probably because it's not 2006 anymore. i like coupland, but something about him annoys me.

as for the phone... freaking cool, but I've always gone with the free phone with the plan, i don't think I can switch over...

how is $500 for just an mp3 player reasonable but not $500 for mp3 player that has wi-fi, bluetooth, roaming internet, location awarness, and pda features?

i wonder what the battery life is. doesn't sound like you can easily replace the battery or the flash drive.

Ha! That was great. It could have something to do with it, but i think I had the feeling before that. It's the same feeling I get from Palanuik and Eggers. It's just a small aspect.
