Salmon with Pink Pepper and Red Wine Butter Sauce

On mondays, Bethany works and I have the day off at home with the kid (who normally ends up taking extra long naps all day; mondays etc). Because I work nights, the only days that we can sit down and eat a nice meal for dinner is on the weekends, and I'm cooking on mondays. Tonight we had this salmon recipe I saw on chow.com, and, the whole point of this post is that it was by a great margin the best fish I've ever eaten. Which it should be, if you think about it; it's pretty much the best three ingredients - butter, wine, and pepper.

Next week, starting December 11, is 'List Week' here at Driver 2165 Intl. We'll have a new list up each day of the week, culminating in the best 65 albums of the year on the 15th. In the meantime, the interns will be busy relistening to everything. A best-of mix will follow.
